Digital Transformation (DX) and Government Innovation Program – Advanced
Program Overview
Governments all around the world have renewed appreciation of the need for digital transformation following the coronavirus pandemic which found that existing governmental systems are often poorly suited to the requirements of digital technologies, undermining delivery of governmental core functions.
And while many national political leaders have a good understanding of the digital agenda, they can often be uninformed on how to realise that potential. Even the Global Government Forum (GGF) in its reports recommended that to realise the potential of digital technologies, national leaders must ensure that cross-government systems – which lie outside digital leader’s control, in fields such as finance, commercial, project management, and legal – need to evolve to meet today’s goals, opportunities and risks.
Digital Transformation (DX) and Government Innovation Program is your deep dive into rethinking government leadership and innovation focusing on the two essential elements to ensuring digital transformation – the need for strong digital ID systems, and high-quality, cross-government data management.
The program offers its participants the opportunity to learn in an interactive training environment. Participants benefit from unique case studies, and important insights culled from experimental research and first-hand experience.
